Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, it will generally be shipped within 4 business days. However, in some cases where some of the products is out of stock, it might take us 5 to 7 business days dispatch your order.

I have made a mistake on my delivery address, what should I do?
If you have made a mistake on the delivery address, please contact and inform us the correct delivery address as soon as possible here.

How can I check my order status?
Please login to your account and you can view your order history there.

Fulfillment status tells you whether your order has already been shipped or not.
If you choose a shipping method with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be updated here and sent to you in a shipping confirmation email.

How can I cancel my order?
When you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we do not accept any cancellations during the shipping process or after the order has already been shipped.

My order still has not arrived? What should I do?
If your order still has not arrived after an expected delivery time, please contact our support team and provide us information about your order as much as possible and we will be able to assist you.

My order is stopped at the customs. What should I do?
There are instances where packages may be held by customs due to individual country's or region's import regulations regarding freight type, taxability, or limit restrictions.

We do not posses the authority to make any inquiries or confirmations with local customs on behalf of our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience, however ask that you inquire directly with local customs. If customs will not let your package through, please provide our customer support team with a written notice from customs.

Payment

What currency do I pay in?
Your order will be charged in USD. The amount you in USD is the equivalent of the total amount of your order you see in the shopping cart. There is no extra cost that we charge.

What payment methods are available?
You can make a payment on our store with any of these payment methods:

Are there any additional fess I need to pay?
We only charge the total amount for products and shipping fee of your order. There is no extra cost that we charge. However, depending on the customs of your country they might charge you customs taxes.

This is totally up to their judgement and it is your responsibility to confirm this before placing an order.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day return guarantee after your order arrives. If you change your mind and would like to return, please do not hesitate. Just send the item back to us and we will give you a full refund once the item has been confirmed.

Note that, the item should be in an unused and unopened condition.

How do I return my order?
Please contact us here before sending the product and we will suggest you how to return the products to us. Once we receive the package and confirm the content, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fee for return.
